he is not that helpfull i have already asked him .he will back me up if nessasary . but they will have to write to him.even when i offerd to pay he said dont worry about it tell them to write to him

Time to get the letters and reports out then. You can also ask your practice manager for copies of anything in your notes that you want. They can stall a bit, but if it's not much that you want and you ask nicely, you never know your luck as to how fast you'll get it.

Unfortunately GPs know very little about how the benefit system works, even though they are effectively part of it.
I think you need to try to explain to your doctor that the DWP do not write to GPs, even if you ask them, unless they require more information. thanks, just an update .i got aletter yesterday morning. cancelling my medical after sending my letter asking for my medical to be recorded.
