no ib113 sent

well the issue of ib113 and exemption form the pca just gets deeper

jobcenter have just confirmed to me that my exemption ended (they have gave me the date they say it ended)

because it end3ed i was sent a ib50 (they have yet to tell me what medical evidence they have that i was no longer exempt for them to send the ib50)


so they say my exemption ended but have not said why what and how it was ended.

but they have also just told me that i am infact exempt from the pca (because i was not prepaord to let my exemption come to a end unlawfuly i have made several complaints)


i have been told via the phone (recorded) that i am actualy exempt for the forseable future... it just goes on and on on

because it end3ed i was sent a ib50 (they have yet to tell me what medical evidence they have that i was no longer exempt for them to send the ib50)


this means and this is very important, that because the referal date has come up - they have on recorded phone call stated that my exemption ended the very day the referal date came up, thats why they issued the ib50

now as they have no medical evidence my condition has improoved - they sent me the ib50, this is where the ib113 comes in, they did not seek to get any medical eviddence that my condtion ahd improvved because they never sent my gp the ib113.


this is why i belive that it was unlawful to end my exemption - because they have no medical evidence that my conditon had improved.

we need a lawyer or someone to take this on and get this issue into some kind of court.
