hi Fiona,I have iv infusions everyday for life and unfortunatley I was'nt excempt and had to go for a medical at ardeen house in Gosforth. I had sent them infomation on my treatments with my assessment form but still got an appointment for a medical. The nurse who did the medical didnt even bring it up in conversation so i reapeated myself so she couldnt mess it. i also give her my medical file and perscription infusion drug, which she only glanced at
hope this helps

Yes, it means that you get ESA.

There are two sorts of ESA: support group and WRAG.

People in the WRAG get less money than people in the support group, and are expected to engage in work related activity. This could be attending interviews or courses relating to preparing for work (such as learning how to write CVs).

You will normally have to attend 6 work focussed interviews in which you discuss getting back to work.

You can find out more detailed information on all this in the help for claimants area (link on left on orange background).
