At last

After 12 months of waiting I have final had my DlA desision overturned. I now get high rate mobility and low rate care,my next battle is esa but To all of you I say one fight at a time and dont ever give up

the tribunarl decided that as a personal trainer I could inded be disabled as their argument was origanly that a diabled person could not be employed as sutch and their for I was not entitaled to DLA!

I use a racing chair to take clints out in the park for runs but am mostly in a small gym, the stress of the decision caused my condition to worsen to the point that i have been off work for the last 6 months Im now hoping to return to work 12-16hrs pw after christmas
