Think there was some posts a few months about this?
Annoying cos there were some elements that would have significantly helped my 'points' score as well

Hi Dave, I just glanced through, and was immediately struck by the fact that it does seem to allow for people with what I call "exhaustion syndromes", e.g. ME, CFS, FMS... What I want to know is, if they bring this in (let's hope they do) what happens to people with these and related conditions who have already been chucked off of ESA because they were assessed under an earlier WCA? Could I, for example, go back to the DWP and say "You said I didn't qualify before because your assessment didn't suitably recognise my illness, now you've changed your assessment I want another go at the WCA"?
Thats a good question

Is this not the test that was approved but didn't get through parliament on time so was not adopted?

So to take social contact. If you can do it the majority of the time (51%?) then it's fine if you can't cope the rest of the time. That's going to go down a treat with an employer, isn't it?
They've improved the test for some and worsened it for others. They clearly haven't listened to organisations like Citizens Advice and Mind, and too many mental health organisations haven't seen fit to join in any campaigns on the issue.
