long term dla was created by potgarden
i have been on dla since 2000 at the higher rate and was awarded it indeffinatly.what will these new rules mean for myself and many others.

sometime in the future you will get s form of some sort to fill in and might need a medical IMO

Hi potgarden, All those claimants of working age are supposed to be getting retested in the next three years or so. Indefinate awards used to be Lifetime Awards. However all DLA claimants can have their claim looked at again at any time under the RPP(Right Payment Programme) unless you award is less than 12 months old.Thereis more information about this in the DLA Guides on this site.
