New ESA50

Hi All,

Went to tribunal August 11 2010, won my appeal against being put in WRAG and was placed in the support group. I have just got a ESA50 this morning in the post. I rang to ask them why I have received this, they told me my appeal was only against my first claim for ESA, and they now have to reassess me, this is the third ESA50 form I have filled in, in 12 months.

What should I do, I am so unwell and my circumstances have not changes, they have got worse.
All advice appreciated.

Hi,

Sadly you will have to complete the new ESA50 if you wish to continue to claim ESA.

From having seen other postings on the forum, it does seem in a lot of cases that when a claimant is successful at an appeal tribunal, that it is soon followed by the issue of a new ESA50.

Perhaps contacting your local MP may highlight this situation.
