Help for appeal please

My daughter has severe asthma and was in receipt of High care and High mobility upon renewal she has been awarded NOTHING asked for reconsideration still NOTHING told we can appeal can anyone help with what we have to do please? form was fully completed as it was when she was given the full award GP report was no help as it stated NOT KNOWN on all questions. Obviously the decision maker has taken no notice of the help my daughter needs. HELP PLEASE THANKS Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.

I'm sorry this has happened.

If you look down the left hand side of the page to the orange bit and click on "Help for claimants", you will find several documents relating to appeals, which should cover what you need, but if after reading them there are bits that still aren't clear, we'll try to fill in the gaps.
