ESA appeal won

Hi did not feel well enough to go to appeal( back and arm problems ) and wrote them a nice letter saying why and I went from 9 points to 15 without being there! so there is a god, back pay £ 1300 from 13th week and now £93 a week not £64.

when i won my appeal the other week, it took the DWP 5 days to send me £5800. however, they had taken all the ESA payments off first. i know that part was correct. however, the ESA rate i was on was £65pw minus the industrial injuries benefit i was getting. that ment i was getting £6.75 ESA pw. the DWP took the full £65pw off not the £6.75. they said they would look into it
