Thanks for your informative reply CD. I am very grateful to you as it was with your help that I was successful in getting DLA from the start. When I received a letter from the DLA offices after I returned the change of circ's forms, it stated that I should not contact them until 11 weeks had expired. I don't know why they chose 11 weeks but there we go. Many Thanks CD
