Hi I have been awarded LRC for the cooking test . I rang and asked for the medical report and was shocked to see that the Dr had not wrote a number of things i had told him about could hardly understand his writing and he kept repeating the word probley as in.. She will probley need help from her husband at nite. she will probley need help walking outside on uneven ground. She may benifit from handrails, raised toilet seat etc.. I have asked for it to be reviewed .do you think I have done the right thing?

If its clear cut that regardless of the medical you get the LRC for making a meal you should be ok, the fact you needed a medical worries me and IMO I would not have requested a review based on what you have posted.
bad english from a dr is not good enough reason to ask for a review
also words like "may" " might" and as you say "probley" are not a strong case
I would have been looking for would or will or does need help at night and cant get about outside without help.
