Hi Jacqui, the latest on my DLA claim, it is now over 4 years since I applied for DLA from Spain. The Judge at the tribunal has received the latest submission from Mr B and the DWP have got in such a state about it that they have had to call in a Solicitor to defend themselves against Mr B's submission. I received this today and it is full of such waffle. I have BiPolar/anxiety/panic attacke and the DWP have now insulted me by asking the question "was I mentally stable enough to drive a car in a foreign country where the road rules are different, "was I mentally capable of driving a car whilst on my medication" "was I mentally capable of signing for a mortgage with my ex husband for myself and my children to have somewhere to live". God they must think I am a total vegetable. And so it continues.
