AWARDED HIGH RATE! DO I NEED TO TELL TAX CREDITS?

But now I wonder do I have to tell HMRC about this change? I don't work because of my disability but my partner does work full time self-employed, he gets around £100 a month working tax credit, we have 3 children. Will the change to high rate care make any difference to our Tax Credits? Should I even tell them?
Thanks very much xxx

You should report all changes of circumstances to HMRC, in relation to your payment of tax credits.
