That's shameful behaviour, albeit not a surprise, from the "assessor". I would too advise you to put in a formal complaint. Have you managed to get her name?

Well today I received the decision following my medical which, as I guessed, has placed me in the Work Related Activity Group. I will be appealing using the guide provided but how do I find out how and what they scored me? Am I entitled to this information? Also since my medical my G.P has had to increase my medication for MS as it had worsened and he was appalled at my treatment by the nurse at the medical. He has never been approached for any details of my medical history. He told me to get in touch once I had heard from them and he will give me copies of all the consultants letters, etc and further medical details he thinks are relevant. I need this like a need a hole in the head. I still want to complain about my treatment at the medical. How do I do it and where do I send it too? Any replies would be very much appreciated.

Unfortunately I didn't. I'm don't think she gave it to us and she didn't have a name badge on or anything.
