Hi I had a Atos medical assesment only 6 months ago and I recieved a letter today from Atos saying the DWP have requested them to carry out another one on me.

I recorded the previous medical assesment carried out by the Atos doctor. I complained to Atos twice and they found nothing wrong with the medical assesment but they refused to listen to my recording,(funny that)!.

The medical tribunal also would not listen to my recording (funny that)!. And with the help of Steve I have recently got the news from the tribunal that my SOR was being allowed. I have been so drained by the whole experience I am still unsure if I will pursue my complaint against Atos to the The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman or continue to the upper tribunal.
Do I have to agree to yet another medical after only 6 months? As the medical relates to incapacity I do have the right to have the appointment at home dont I.
I get the feeling they are trying to stich me up! What should I do?
Thanks

There must be a limit or time guide for (in between) these medicals. Can you please check your information with Steve to prevent them putting me through the wringer a 2nd time in 6 months, Thanks.
