DLA tribunal sucess

Just thought I'd share my experiences of DLA tribunal sucess to hopefully take some of the worry out of the process.
In 2004 applied and was turned down for DLA, no surprise there, given the way the DWP work or the fact I have M.E. Reasons they gave for non entitlement were bogus so took it to a tribunal and won HRM and MRC. Result. 2006 reapplied, no problem. 2009 reapplied turned down completely. Appealed and at this stage they backed down on the HRM but said LRC indefinetly. This caused a bit of a dilema do I risk going to a tribunal just to reinstate my MRC but I was so mad with the way we are treated and felt with my consultants report and the fact a tribunal had already found in my favour back in 2004 I had a strong case. Yesterday before I was about to leave for the tribunal I got a call to say don't bother coming my benefit was being reinstated. Result.
So whilst I don't recommend this for everyone especially without taking appropiate advice from CAB, etc, I just wanted to let you know we can win and that even if I had have had to go to the the tribunal if it had gone like last time the members I knew would have treated me with kindness and respect and are (unlike the DWP) just there to see fair play.
