Tribuneral result

I lost my esa tribuneral three weeks ago and have applied to the tribuneral service for the reason i was refused still no reply from them anyone know how long this takes as you only have a month to apply to the higher tribuneral

Hi,

It can sometimes take months before you get the written reasons. But the time limit for applying to the upper tribunal doesn't start to run until the full written reasons are sent out.
