Miracle cure

I recently attended for a ESA medical. The doctor suggested I could probably retrun to work in three months.
My claim was turned down. Despite the DWP having cut me off three times for my anger issues(and this was before the decision) they have concluded I do not have anger issues. Nor do I have any problems with my back or shoulder injuries. Just can't understand why my Clinical Psychologist is bothering to see me for two hour sessions every fortnight,or why I am still in pysio 10 months after the injury. But then 20 minutes with ATOS healthcare must have brought about a miracle cure.
In my DLA medical the doctor agrees I have constant pain when standing or walking them says I can walk 5 minutes before the pain starts and again ignores the mental health issues caused by brain injury and psychological issues.
Well I must be ok then if they say so!

Happy to report the tribunal has upheld my ESA claim and deemed me unfit for work. Thanks to benefits and work, without you I would never have appealed.DLA tribunal later this month.
