Reminder to members seeking advice.

Hi All,

Can I just remind members that we still have two moderators who are experienced benefits advisers on long term sick, i.e Pete & Jim.

This has meant that the other moderators experienced in benefits advice have had to do all the work.

As we approach the weekend, please understand that they need some time off, so please try not to post queries for advice unless it's essential.

Where possible, please use the 'Search Forum' at the top right hand side of the forum web page, since most queries have been answered before.

Obviously some members did not take the time to read my post, which is the reason why so many have not yet received replies to their posts.

We do not or cannot provide a 24/7 online welfare rights service.
