DLA turned down for the 2nd time was created by johnny
Hi all, My dla aplication has been turned down for the second time with the usual explanation and am wondering what the next step is.On the previous application, the appeal was also turned down despite getting DIAL to help with the application form and they saying "it was the best" they had seen.
Is there anyone else I can approach who can assess the forms sofar and possibly help.It seems that they have not approached the reumotologist at all, but only the gp and a "healthcare proffessional".
Thanks
John

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Have you appealed the decision on the second claim?

Hi, No just got the reply today and was checking the form against what I had put on the claim form and ofcourse they actually dispute what I has stated. I know the GP letter will contain the minimal amount of info and wont have the full story. I sufferer from heart problems, caused by P, PA and diabetes clashing. The PA is all over my body and in most joints.
I am also suffer from severe PA flareups and angina caused by stress of any sort, and wont be able to attend another appeal.
