Now they are reviewing me and nothing has changed, i have no new evidence to give them, so im now postivie i fail it!
anyone give me any advice, my gp is not supportive and the one who writes the reports and letters i never actually see!
ARRRRGHHHH! to be having to go through this so soon, it like they expecting me to of found a miracle cure for achalasia and ME!

Hi Alison,
Up-to-date medical evidence is always valuble, but given that your last assessment was only six months ago it's not surprising that you don't have any.
However, you may be a bale to get a brief note from your GP just saying that there has been no change in your condition in the last six months.
Even without medical evidence there's no reason why you should fail this time if you passed last time.
Good luck,
Steve

My problem is the new point system which came out on the 12th april, i got points which now apparently have been scrapped!
So im wondering whether this why i am being reviewed because 12 out of the 15 points i got have been scrapped, so maybe this is a way they removing people from ESA limited capbility work group!
i will try and get a letter saying this, but again my GP isnt supportive and the one who has to write this i never see! so im wondering whether he actually do this!

Hi Alison,
The new points system has been approved by the secretary of state but it has yet to become law. It will be some months before that can happen, so it will not affect your current assessment.
Good luck,
Steve

There are always other avenues you can follow for instance the disclosure of information act you could get an up-to-date copy of all your records from your GP this would say whether anything has changed in your case.
This might be the way to go if your GP refuses to give you information that you can use to support your case.

i heard it costs like £50 for a photocopy of your full medical notes! thankfully i spoke to the CFS/ME clinic and they sent copy of what my consultant wrote to my GP!
with regards to evidecne with ESA50 the form states do not send any evidence or documents with the form, you must send them to your local job center esa office.
so it seems like i send form they fail me, then i appeal with all the medical evidence i can get hold off???? or just send the evidence at the same time as the form but would it be taken into consideration as they sent to 2 different parts of the country???
or do i just send them with the form and ignore what the forms says???
also every charity dial and CAB cant see me to help with the ESA form until 2 weeks after the ESA form is due - can i get extension or is it better to just use the info on here and do it myself???
Also is it true with ESA u get a year maximum before being reviewed again??
