Hi, I have recently had a text message to say my review will start and I'll receive my forms in the post.
I'm absolutely feeling sick and confused with the forms. I know they have changed the review forms and there isn't much space to write everything down.
I'm scared I may not write the correct things down on the form. I have printed all the information on your site. But I'm unsure do I have to write everything down like you're applying as a newbie or do I write what as just changed since my last review in 2021. I've heard people waiting over 12 months for there results is it that bad??

Hi Ade,

It's important to write everything down as if it were a new claim - so I would add everything onto the paper. If you're lacking space, attach additional sheets to the end with your NI number on and what question(s) your answer(s) relate to.

Also, yes to your 2nd question. I waited nearly 2 years for my reply when I first applied in 2020!

Chris.
