Hi everyone

Have got the help from community legal advice and submitted the appeal

I got 2 months backpay on the 20/1/10 from when it was submitted.

I am meant to still received the lower care rate payment until tribunal but the dla say they stopped it on 19/01/10, my advisor at cla is non the wiser

I am now very worried as I have to force myself to walk wether it hurts or not, I still have to look after the kids, worried they have something against me.

My gp has said he will back me up, but i'm worried anyway.. am worried that cos i'm forcing myself to do stuff this will be my downfall...

thanks all

hi everyone

just had submission back and it states I have been turned down for mobility because I can apparently use aids, ie walking stick, grab rails, bath rails etc,
my consultant wrote that level of pain was severe and there is 35% movement in my back and my leg is severley affected thus affecting my mobility,
should be getting lower care but am not, still on morphine 70mcg, and walk with a bad limp.

How can I argue my case
many thanks
