Hi David,
The level of staff knowledge in some Jobcentres is shockingly bad it seems. We are fortunate you have a 'little black book' of Managers names we can tap into should we need to. Just so depressing you have to refer to that resource so frequently.
Agis- all the best.

Hi Gaddy,

The names of the Jobcentre District Managers are published online. It is just a matter of knowing where to look and then the format of your complaint. Actually with UC it is so much easier to make a complaint using the Journal. One member made her complaint through a Journal message and the error was sorted within 48 hours.

David I am not sure if I want to make a complaint about the worker but I do suffer from certain disabilities these being Autism, Complex Trauma. I am a voulnerable person and it's very easy to bully me into things. Now I am concern about this. Can they actually make me look for work with work coach and disability advisor if I'm on esa and in a support group. Please say no. I live in a social housing environment and I'm being bullied here often for my disability, I am practically homeless because neighbours harrass me all the time and make this place a nightmare to live in (attacking me, loud bass music -bad for an autistic person), I am not ready and fit for work and I'm still in that support group please tell me that if I go back to that job centre they won't do what this woman said. Thank you.

Hi Agis,

You said earlier " Additionally she said that even if I'm on ESA IN Support Group and I claim Universal Credit I will have a coach and and disability advisor and I will have to look for work"
So I think something needs to be done to remedy the situation. Have you ever had a support worker? I think you may be renting from a Social Landlord. Do they have a financial inclusion officer who could assist you ?

Do what to remedy situation? Following your advice on here I just went there to ask if they can help speed up my esa decision on disability premiums.

I have not shown her my documents, ID, she doesn't know who I am. I didn't sign anything, have not committed to anything. So what situation is to be remedied?

I am simply ask if I will transfer to UC to pay my rent and I am still in support group ESA that by Law nor by what this woman said, I will have to start looking for work. That's all.

Hi Agis,

You said earlier " Additionally she said that even if I'm on ESA IN Support Group and I claim Universal Credit I will have a coach and and disability advisor and I will have to look for work"

The person who told you the above was working for the Jobcentre in an official capacity and what she told you is false.
