My partner is in the ESA support group (contribution based). We have a second property we rented out when mortgage fees rocketed so it paid for itself. We made a loss.
I would be grateful for clarification that this income (none made after interest payments on mortgage) was permitted due to being in the ESA contribution based support group? I confirm she does not work and cannot work due to her disability.
The property is in her sole name hence the UTR being in her name.
I'm sorry, but your question is outside the remit of this forum. I would try to find a specialist welfare advisor in your area to help you with this. advicelocal.uk/
