I have received a mandatory reconsideration decision letter.
The section labelled my decision only contains general information about the definitions of words such as supervision, aid, prompting and what the different sections cover etc with no reference as to my evidence or how this affects my claim. Then it states that the appropriate points have been awarded and they agree with the decision after reviewing the assessment report and the original decision. They do not mention reviewing the additional evidence that I sent in with the mandatory reconsideration request or even the original pip claim. I put in additional evidence with my mandatory reconsideration request.
I want to put in an appeal but not sure how to deal with this as it doesn’t even seem like they have looked at my evidence at all. Do I just refer them to the evidence that I have already submitted?
