Pip renewal form was created by S Knows
Hi there

I have received my renewal form for Pip but there isn't much space to write about how my conditions affect me. I wrote a lot in my original form. I've read though the instructions a couple of times and can't see anything about attaching extra pages if needed, there is also a small section at the back to write any extra information 13. Anything else you think we should know. I'm supposing I'm not allowed to attach extra pages? Do I just have to summarise everything really well?

Hi S Knows

You can attach as many additional pages as you want. Just make sure they are clearly numbered and have your NI number and name on each page. In the small section on page 13 - put in there that you have attached x number of additional pages.

Thank you for that, do you advise that I write as much as I did in my original form (it was a lot and I added extra pages there too) or is that overkill?

Hi S Knows

We would advise you to treat the review form as a new claims form. The assessor would probably not have seen your previous claims form.

Follow BIS's advice, number all your extra pages, and put your name and NI number on each extra page. Don't forget to send the form back with supporting documents by recorded delivery.
