I called the support line. Waste of time and still none the wiser. The person I spoke to was clearly enjoying their lunch.
I could not understand half of what they were saying. I explained my circumstances. I was just told if my husband still lived here it was a joint claim. He will be moving out soon. They told me they would put a message in the journal which they haven't..
I now also have a commitment appointment and a tell us about your work search to do.
I can't deal with this stress. Its making me feel very scared.

Hi Jellybelly,

Unfortunately you will have to phone the help line again and ask the same question and hopefully get an answer and not someone enjoying their lunch.
If you would like to make a DWP manager's complaint, if you tell me the county you live in I can locate the manager for that area.
You can then complain via your UC Journal
