Hello
I received my UC Migration letter today. I m in a panic as I am not sure what to do.
It says I need to claim before the 25 January 2025.
I am currently In the Support Group of Income related ESA with the disability premium and this is a total of £481.10 every fortnight.
I heard that i will lose the disability premium so i am pretty scared as i have bills to pay. I have tried the calculators online and it says there is a transitional payment, but after that i will lose around 100 pounds per week. Is this correct? I will be struggling to pay for things. Can someone advise me.

Help to Claim do an estimate of your transitional protection so it would be worthwhile phoning them on the number at page 2 or your Migration letter.

Thankyou. I will contact citizens advice. should i be claiming as soon as possible or can i wait? it is 25 january my deadline to claim UC. Thanks
