Hi Tired Mum, I'm glad that you put in the MR and found our advice helpful. Hopefully you won't need to appeal...but if you do... If you have weittenba full MR letter there's no real need to rehash this for the appeal. If you have nothing more to say at this time, just simply Google 'online SSCS1 '. I know you struggled with the online MR, but there's not much to write in the appeal form. Name address and date of MR etc. Then dates to avoid etc and in the grounds of appeal, just say eg 'I seek to appeal against the refusal of DWP to award both daily living and mobility components of PIP.' You could add that eg 'DWP rely on a very poor assessment report, and have ignored the criticisms set out in full in the MR letter ' Press submit. Job's a good'un. But....as I said fingers very crossed you won't need to appeal. Good luck. Let us know what happens. LL26
