First - when migrating to UC from ESA do you have to fill out all details as if applying for a new benefit, i.e. rent, etc
or are you just presented with info of your ESA details and have to just confirm that it is correct?
Second - when migrating to UC from ESA on line can you "pause" the application and return to it later or the next day?
I would be grateful if anyone can answer. Thank you. Zonky

Hi Zinny,

Yes, It is a new Benefit so you have to fill out details afresh.
Yes, you can save what you have input so far and return another day to complete.

Hope this helps,
David

Hello,

What I also have found useful is to watch a few videos out there of someone actually going through the proper ‘ managed migration to UC ‘ website.
The advice on this forum is invaluable as I know that when I do the migration if I have any questions there is always help here among my fellow B&W members.

Best wishes

Hi Robert,

I think so. It would be worth asking other members if they have been unable to do this.
