Please can someone help me. DWP originally awarded standard for daily living but I went to a tribunal and they gave me enhanced for both. The tribunal gave me 10 points for needing another person to follow a journey. I recently had a review and they took those 10 points away. I don't know whether to leave it and not rock the boat as I'm still getting double enhanced. Or do an MR as now is the only chance to get the points back, it'll make it easier at the next review as the mobility points will be starting at a higher amount and as they're meant to show that fraud or something has taken place to supersede the tribunal decision which they haven't.
