LWCRA was created by Shelly
Hi all.

I got turned down with universal credit because my husband earns to high.
Not really but hey

I've been advised to fill out the UC50 form.
Could I still be entitled?
I have had fibromyalgia since 2000.
Have severe anxiety.
And have depression too.
Basically most of my life. Should I apply? Thankyou

Hi Shelly

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum.

You raise a very interesting question, I cannot give you an answer as it depends on a number of factors, such as, do you have dependant children?

If you have no children and you were eligible to claim LCWRA then you would be eligible to claim the work allowance, check out our guide and self-tester by clicking on the top title bar
UC and Guides.

We would advise you to seek advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation; advicelocal.uk
