If someone has a PIP claim rejected at appeal stage, is there a set amount of time they have to wait before applying again? Or any other criteria for making a second application? Thanks in advance
You can apply immediately; however, I would advise you to get hold of the tribunal's statement of reasons so you understand precisely why you were turned down. I would also look back at the PA4 (that's the assessment report) to understand why the DWP turned you down first. You obviously want to know what you can do to increase your chances of success next time round.
