PIP Tribunal waiting time was created by PG
Hi
Just a simple question does anyone have any up to date information on PIP tribunal waiting times, I live in the East Midlands not sure if there are any regional variations.
I’ve been waiting now for 4 months and still no date, I have spoken to HMCTS twice but no indication of time frames.
I’ve now been waiting for over 16 months since I first applied for PIP with my MR paperwork lost by DWP prolonging the process.
I suppose also there is a chance my case might be settled before the tribunal but again is there any information out there on the chances and time frame of this happening.

Regards Peter

Hi PG

There are regional variations - but I can't tell you what they are. You've already done the only thing you can do which is contact the HMCTS. They are the only people who can tell you anything. We used to say it was about 48-52 weeks. One of our members was recently told 51 weeks waiting time (but I can't remember which part of the country that was in). Sorry I can't tell you anything further.
