Requesting copy of PIP form was created by BigTam

Hi

Looked everywhere and it's nowhere to be seen and transfer to ADP is about to happen.

Can you request a copy of the PIP form which yyou previously submitted some time ago, if so, is there any potential drawbacks in doing so?

Hi BigTam

You can contact the DWP and put in a Subject Access Request - and ask them to send you a copy of the form. I don't know how long it's taking them to process SARs at the moment.
