Making Budget decisions looks at your ability to spend and manage your money.
Two types of decisions are considered : simple and complex.
Simple budgeting decisions involve calculating the cost of goods and calculating the change needed after a purchase; you are only capable of making a simple budgeting decision if you can do both.
Complex budgeting decisions are those that involve calculating household and personal budgets, managing and paying bills, and planning future purchases.
