ESA NOT PAID

I have had a claim for ESA since 21 March.

The DWP has not paid me ESA for the period 23 April to 22 May.

I have submitted Fit Notes for the following periods:

6 March to 22 April
23 May to 22 June

I was paid for these two periods.

However, I did not go to my doctor for a Fit Note for the period 23 April to 22 May.

I forget why I did not go to my GP for a Fit Note; I have a problem with short-term memory, possibly due to having suffered two strokes.

Is there any way that I can get the DWP ESA for 23 April to 22 May?
