Thanks LL26. Yes sorry it’s a PIP claim, which I thought was a renewal? I was wrongly diagnosed with something, DWP are aware of this. I’ve also had cataract surgery which didn’t go as expected, & is ongoing. Everything else is the same.

I don’t take much medication, this goes against me.

I’ve copied & pasted a letter, which I’d already prepared after I got the 2nd PA4. It covers most things.

I think I’ll take a break now & see what else I can find. Although I’m sure they have everything.

Reliability is key - It means S.T.A.R (Safely, (can you do it safely?) Time (it takes to do something especially if it's a long time), A (is what your doing to an Acceptable standard) and Repeatedly (could you do it repeatedly?).
