Had a in expected call form IAS saying she wanted to ask a few questions about my pip review. She said she wasn’t a fully trained assessor but asked me questions relating to my claim. I was really stressed and in a lot of pain. I tried my best to answer questions but there was lots more I could of added, so I’m panicking that I didn’t fully represent my self . The call only lasted about 20 mins. Is this usual or will I get a full assessment? There have been a lot of changes for worse since my first application.
I can't tell you what this call was for. Sometimes, they phone people to get information before a telephone assessment, and sometimes, they phone to get information before they do a paper-based assessment. I can't tell you why they phoned you.
