UC50 AND BEING A CARER was created by shezza

Just started claiming uc and now having to fill in a uc50 and sending in fit notes but the thing is I am a carer for my daughter and have health issues myself would I still have to look for work if I am a carer

Providing you are caring for her at least 35 hours a week you should be treated as a carer and excused from any job search requirements.
