I currently receive high rate for both elements & my review forms have come and my conditions have become worse I am already very anxious & i can not go through a face to face session I simply cannot deal with this can I please have some help thank you
I'm sorry, but we're not able to offer you help in the way you want. We do have guides which go through every question with suggestions on how to answer it.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip - If your conditions have got worse - look back at your old form and update it. Do you have any friends or family members who can help you?
If you don't have anyone who can support you through this - then you may have to see if you can get an appointment with a specialist welfare advisor in your area advicelocal.uk/ (I know that isn't easy to do)
When you fill in your form, ask if you want them to do a paper assessment. Unfortunately, they don't have to agree, but they don't do many face-to-face assessments, and even if they offer you one, you can ask them to change it.
