Hi all After being on hold for some time I got through to an agent. She took my details. I've requested an online form. In hindsight I'm feeling quite despondent because when I applied and failed years ago, I was observed lifting my bag from the floor at assessment, and touching my hair. This alongside other stuff determined I could sufficiently prepare and cook meals, and shower without assistance. I have various health conditions that have deteriorated. I very much hope any assessment won't be as brutal this time.
