Hi ,I’ve had the dreaded review form that arrived on the 14 march to be sent back by 3rd April. My problem is I’ve no new evidence to show my spinal injury cauda equina and bechets disease has worsened . I was at an and e in nov last year had an mri which revealed new disc bulges degenerative disc disease on 3 levels and nerve impingement . She says she would forwards this to the neurological team and I would get an appointment I’ve had nothing since . My arthritis is worsening from having bechets syndrome and again at mercy of waiting times to go to the specialist centre . And these is the reason I can no longer do the activities in preparing and making meals . My partner also my carries these everyday activities. The only evidence I got is an increase in my medication . Do you think this will be enough . So stressful I have to get forms back by 3 rd April even though it’s bank holidays coming . For ref I currently get standard living and enhanced mobility . Many thanks in advance .
