pip renewal form was created by natdo
on the 27th of February I received a text message from DWP informing me that my PIP claim be reviewed. I was told to contact the DWP if I have not received this in 2 weeks to call them.
As I hadn't received a review form to fill in, I rang them on the 12.03.2024.
on the 13th of March I received a text message from DWP informing me they sent another form to complete and return by 12.04.2024. I am concerned that requested form which DWP says has been sent out twice have never arrived. I am feeling anxious and very confused about what to do as failure to return it on time, can result in loss of my benefit. please advise. thanks

Hi natdo,
I know this can be very concerning, my first bit of advice would be to try contact Royal Mail on 0345 2661 004
Office hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. See if you can find out if there's any problems within your local area, such as staff shortage and/or backlog, as it could be something to do with this. Once you have your answer, then it'll either put your mind at ease as this being the reason for the delay, or satisfy your curiousity knowing it's not caused by Royal Mail, and contact the PIP enquiry line again and explain that you've not received any of the forms that they've apparently sent. Could be a simple mistake such as a postcode error, or street name for example.
Regards, Chris
