medical evidense was created by riversong
Hi 18 months ago whilst in work, i moved from my sisters home, to my brothers home 7 miles distance away to my brothers home i wanted to stay with my Docters surgery as i have been under their care all my life for 48 years, so i kept my medical records GP and NHS with them, as i have no problems getting my mail from there, and thought if tell my GP i have moved i may be out of their boundary and they would then say that i need to find a new Doctor. However since then, i have had 2 strokes and claimed UC sickness benefit from my brothers home where i live. Now i have put in a claim for PIP and all my medical evidense that i have is from my (sisters my old address) i was wondering when i send it in with the claim form, will it have any impact on my claim

Hi riversong

It will not have an impact on your claims form. The form is about your disability and how it affects you.

If you are worried about it, then at the back of the form you can write an explanation.
