You can be sent a review form at any time with a year, it used to be within 6 months. You can start preparing for the review, if you have not heard from DWP by September then contact them, if your condition has deteriorated and you are on the standard rate when you phone report a change of circumstances, if successful it will be backdated to the date of your phone call.
