Hello, I've been in conversation with my employer and it's looking likely that they can provide a lengthy phased return and adjustments which would hopefully help me getting back to work. However I'm still awaiting the outcome of my ESA assessment and I wondered if I go back to work before the ESA decision is made and find out I can't actually manage working would I have: a) To start a new claim all over again? b) Damage any future claims for ESA? Many thanks!
Your question is outside the remit of the forum, you need to ask your local Welfare Rights Organisation; advicelocal.uk they will be able to take all your circumstances into consideration.
