Hi Cavalier, I'm totally with Gordon and BIS. No need to write a huge essay, but definitely worthwhile criticising what DWP has said, in a few bullet points. Then explain briefly why you feel the points scores are correct/incorrect. Explain what happens when things go wrong. Just saying that you have a meltdown is ok, but it would be better to explain an incident, what exactly happened, how it affected you, and others, say if you shouting, shaking, sweating, screaming, swearing etc etc and how long this lasted. If you do need to have a hearing, it is possible you might be nervous, or forget what you need to say. If you have already written this down and sent it in to the tribunal, then the information is with the tribunal, and they can ask you further questions if need be about this. I hope this helps. Good luck. LL26
