Further new information was created by darrenay
hi all,
just rejoined B+W , will be transfering over to UC at some near point , I am currently on ESA support group And full mobility and care , it has been 4 years now since i filled out my ESA 50 form with all the latest information from specialists scans and all doctor info, ( Luckily i still have the online form copy filled in on my computer ).
That information for all my scans xrays an specilist documentation is now over 8 years old , My doctors don't see me for all the historic illness only if i have some other new issues , all other specialists are not involved any more , no new scans and xrays .
They have all nothing new to add , How on earth do i supply any up to date documentation regarding all my health issues i have ?. Like i said all my documents are 8 years old or even older .
Any Help would be greatfull recieved
many thanks

Hi darrenay
There are many people in the same position as you. You can't magic up evidence that you don't have. Would your GP be willing to write a letter which confirms your ongoing medical issues? If they aren't (and not all GPs will) - you will have to explain as you have done so here that you don't have anything more recent and refer them back to the documentation previously sent that is still relevant today.
